Is registration free?

Yes! Registration is 100% free. Once approved, you’ll get access to live inventory and wholesale pricing.


How long does approval take?

Most accounts are reviewed and approved within 1 business day.


Can I see prices without registering?

No. To ensure fair and exclusive wholesale pricing, only registered and approved accounts can view product pricing and availability.


Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

No MOQ is required for Level 1 wholesale access. You can start with just a few items.
Larger orders unlock free delivery, display stands, and exclusive partner benefits.


How do I place an order?

Once logged in, simply browse products and place orders online. You can choose to:

  • Pick up in-store (Markham, Ontario)

  • Or receive free local delivery (eligible tiers)


Do I have to stock large inventory?

Not at all! Our system is built for flexible, on-demand ordering — restock only when needed, without pressure.


Do you provide installation support?

Yes. Most products come with instructions, and we also offer video tutorials for filter installation.
